Scoot Richmond Raffle

We offer special thanks to Chelsea Lahmers of Scoot Richmond for the generous donation of a scooter which we raffled in May. Find out who won. Thank you to everyone who purchased a raffle ticket. We raised $2,400, $5 at a time!
